Dear Craftsperson,

You are invited to participate in Bellwood-Antis’ Tuckahoe Street Fair. The emphasis of our community fair is handmade arts and crafts, homemade foods, and craft demonstrations. Our event is an excellent opportunity for school clubs, individuals and community groups to generate funds. Anyone interested in acquiring table space must apply by 8/13/10. Limited indoor space is available (see below) based on earliest applications received. The location of the fair is the Bellwood Excelsior Firehall.

NO RAIN DATE—the event will be held 10/2/10 RAIN or SHINE.
Here's some info you’ll want to know:

1. Vendor spaces are 8 x 5 feet. One 6-foot table and 2 chairs are provided for vendors reserving space in the Social Hall. Engine Room tables and chairs provided for the earliest applicants.

2. Flea market items are NOT acceptable.

3. All vendors are responsible for clean-up and trash removal—you must take your garbage with you.

4. Locations are available in the Social Hall and the Engine Room. A limited amount of electrical outlets is available based on earliest applicants. SOCIAL HALL has heating and air conditioning and is limited to crafts and contained foods with no eating or drinking permitted. ENGINE ROOM is available for any type of vendor.

ENGINE ROOM: $20 (w/electricity: $23)

After completing the application, send it to the same address, along with a check made payable to TUCKAHOE STREET FAIR.
